I faced some cleanliness issues during my stay. the floors were not well cleaned, leaving my feet dirty shortly after arriving. The air conditioning was quite noisy, which made for restless nights. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were quite limited, with not enough options available if I arrived late.

Location made exploring Naples so easy. Just steps away from popular spots. The cleaning staff kept everything spotless daily, which I appreciated. Reception had friendly staff, very helpful when I had questions about local attractions. Room size was decent, but lacking amenities like a kitchenette. Breakfast options were frustrating. Arrived before 10:30 and found basic pastries available, with no eggs or proper options left. Worst part was pool access. Only lane swims available, so family swim times were very limited. The empty pool in the morning could have made for a refreshing start to the day if allowed. Too many restrictions on gym and pool access made it less enjoyable. Overall, a mixed bag, but location was the highlight.
